In this role, you will drive recruiting operations for the CALA Recruiting Team, managing multidisciplinary projects to meet business objectives. Your responsibilities include maintaining focus on efficiency, planning requirements with internal partners, managing project timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You will also identify necessary changes to achieve goals and contribute to organizational strategy, interacting regularly with Googlers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage operations for the CALA Recruiting Team, deriving insights and collaborating with Recruiting leadership on strategies to improve efficiency, with clear success metrics.
• Define and track performance metrics and goals, develop communication frameworks with key partners, and share best practices within the broader recruiting community.
• Translate data into actionable insights through analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to identify staffing trends.
• Lead operational initiatives to address long-term opportunities and challenges, partnering with the Program Manager for implementation.
• Drive project goals and execution, managing scope, timelines, risks, and issues to ensure operational excellence and innovation.
