Responsibilities
- Manage AMS (Application Management Services) support operations for Seidor clients, ensuring efficient and effective support service delivery according to Seidor Smart Attention guidelines.
- Coordinate support teams assigned to clients, ensuring tickets and requests are handled per the established SLAs.
- Develop and implement customized operational processes and procedures to meet client-specific needs or adhere to Seidor Smart Attention standards.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring support services meet expectations and contribute to improvements and new business opportunities.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations of the team, providing personalized feedback and guidance to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on best practices and industry trends related to SAP AMS support, continuously adapting team processes accordingly.
- Manage budgets for supported contracts, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Provide regular reports on support contract performance, including key indicators and trend analyses relevant to the client.
Location and Expenses
Remote work with occasional visits/trips as scheduled. Expenses are reimbursable.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of SAP ERP business processes and the SAP ecosystem, with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience working with both domestic and international clients.
- Degree in Project Management, MBA, or postgraduate qualification.
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Certifications such as SCRUM, ITIL, Activate.
