ECARX Brazil is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead automotive programs in intelligent cockpit systems, coordinating software, hardware, and suppliers across regions. You will drive requirements, manage risks, and report progress to executives.

The role demands 5–6 years in automotive program management, fluency in Portuguese and English, and familiarity with IATF 16949 and ASPICE. Travel may be required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualificações

• 5–6 years in automotive industry, preferably IVI or ADAS systems.
• 5–6 years of program management experience across software, hardware, and manufacturing.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ASPICE). Knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) is an advantage.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
• A proactive mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Will ingness to collaborate across multiple regions (China, Europe) and travel occasionally if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary liaison between external customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams; align solutions with customer requirements and escalate issues.
• Plan and deliver complex automotive programs, especially in intelligent cockpit systems (infotainment, connectivity, UI).
• Own standalone project workstreams while coordinating with the broader organization.
• Navigate large-scale, cross-border projects involving software, hardware, and external suppliers.
• Define tactical approaches to deliverables and timelines; track metrics and report progress to leadership and customers.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams; manage risks in complex development cycles.
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies; provide pre-sales support and executive interface when needed.

2. Plan and deliver complex automotive programs, particularly in the area of intelligent cockpit systems (e.g., infotainment, connectivity, user interfaces).

3. Own standalone project workstreams while coordinating seamlessly within the broader organization.

4. Navigate the challenges of large-scale, cross-border projects involving multiple functional groups (software, hardware, and external suppliers).

5. Define tactical approaches to maintain deliverables and timelines, motivating global teams to meet or exceed objectives. Establish and track key metrics to measure program success, reporting progress to senior leadership and customers.

6. Foster collaboration across engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams. Identify and manage risks in complex automotive development cycles, from supplier and OEM constraints to internal resource challenges.

7. Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies, keeping all stakeholders informed. Other Senior Stakeholder & Executive Interface and Pre-Sales Support.
