KPIT Brasil is seeking a Controls Management Analyst (PMO) to support software roadmap governance, financial control, and program management activities for automotive development programs. You will collaborate with engineering teams, global stakeholders, and suppliers to track roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics, while developing dashboards and automation using Microsoft tools and Python.

This hybrid role is based in Betim, MG with strong growth opportunities within KPIT's global

Qualificações

Must have 4+ years in PMO, Project/Program Management, or related areas.
Experience in automotive product development environments.
Understanding of software development processes and roadmap management.
Experience with financial tracking, KPI management, and executive reporting.
Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Experience with Python or similar programming languages for automation and data analysis.
Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Manage and track software development roadmaps across multiple vehicle programs.
Support PMO activities including governance, action tracking, risk management, and performance reporting.
Monitor project budgets, financial KPIs, and program performance metrics.

Promote software standardization and platform reuse across development programs.
Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support program execution.

KPIT Brasil is seeking a Controls Management Analyst (PMO) to support software roadmap governance, financial control, and program management activities for automotive development programs.

In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, global stakeholders, and suppliers to track key program deliverables, software development roadmaps, performance indicators, and budget-related activities. You will also contribute to process optimization, data analytics, and automation initiatives leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track software development roadmaps across multiple vehicle programs.
Support PMO activities, including governance, action tracking, risk management, and performance reporting.
Monitor project budgets, financial KPIs, and program performance metrics.
Develop dashboards, reports, and automation solutions using Microsoft tools and Python.
Promote software standardization and platform reuse across development programs.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Program Management, Engineering Operations, or related areas.
Experience in the automotive industry and product development environments.
Understanding of software development processes and roadmap management.
Experience with financial tracking, KPI management, and executive reporting.
Hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate , and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
Experience with Python or similar programming languages for automation and data analysis.
Advanced English communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering , Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
