Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency with FES (Factory Efficiency System).
• Knowledge of sewing.
• Experience in team management.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing cost reduction actions, process improvements, and FES.
• Responsible for ensuring production management and addressing potential quality issues.
• Ensure the development and satisfaction of employees through development and training plans.
• Daily reporting and follow‑up of relevant area indicators and ensuring the achievement of established goals.
