Jobtailor is seeking a Product Owner to bridge business and technology within the Brazilian Judiciary context. You will define, organize, and prioritize backlogs, translate needs into clear requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will lead stakeholder alignment, manage expectations, drive agile ceremonies, and collaborate with government bodies to deliver user-centric legal tech solutions such as PJe, SAJ, or eProc.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or IT with Legal Tech experience.
• Experience with technology projects within the Judiciary.
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role connecting business and tech.
• Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear development requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define, organize, and prioritize the backlog.

• Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Monitor results and metrics to support decision-making and new prioritization,
• Engage with government bodies involved in project governance and definition.
• Serve as the link between business, technology, and clients to evolve solutions for the Brazilian Judiciary.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles connecting business and technology
• Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs
• Ability to transform business needs into clear development requirements
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Familiarity with demand management tools, such as Jira or similar platforms
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Product mindset and focus on user experience
• Knowledge of the judicial ecosystem
• Experience with or knowledge of legal software such as PJe, SAJ, or eProc
• Knowledge of UX/UI and product discovery practices
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or similar are a plus
