ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between the business and product teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, driving project execution, and ensuring the timely and high-quality launch of product features. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills to facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Collection & Analysis
● Work closely with business teams such as Hunting, Incubation, and Seller Management to understand business workflows and gather suggestions for product optimization and new feature requirements;
● Analyze and structure requirements based on actual business processes and operational policies;
● Collaborate with product managers and the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
2. Project Management & Execution
● Manage the entire lifecycle of product requirements, including tracking changes, monitoring development progress, identifying risks, and coordinating across teams;
● Lead functional testing before feature rollout, and coordinate product launch communications and business-side training.
3. Business Documentation
● Draft and maintain essential business documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user manuals, and FAQs to ensure clarity and usability across stakeholders.
4. Business Support & Issue Resolution
● Provide system usage support and operational guidance to the business team;
● Assist in diagnosing and resolving system issues or bugs, continuously enhancing the user experience for business teams.
Qualifications:
● Fluent in Portuguese, Mandarin, and English, with strong communication skills across cultural contexts.
● Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
● 1+ years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or project management is preferred; experience in e-commerce is a plus.
