Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales by reaching out to potential clients within your market.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships, providing excellent service.
Close sales and secure long-term deals, maximizing commissions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on offerings and strategies.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and sales performance.
Enhance your sales skills through ongoing training and support tools.
Perform other tasks that contribute to the company's success.
Key Expectations:
Proven sales experience, especially in commission-based roles (real estate, tech, etc.).
Fluent in English—written and spoken.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive, resilient attitude; capable of working independently remotely.
Experience in health, wellness, or e-commerce is a plus.
Salary:
Commission-Based: Earn a 25% commission on each sale with no cap—your earning potential is unlimited and tied directly to your sales performance.
