Casado seeks an experienced Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive discovery, elicit requirements, and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will work with Agile, cross-functional teams and collaborate with developers, architects, UX and QA to deliver valuable digital products.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in related roles, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to manage backlog, roadmap, and release plans.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar
• Experience with digital products such as web, mobile, customer portals, or SaaS
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to write detailed user stories and testable acceptance criteria
• Experience working with Agile, cross-functional teams
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and architects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• QA/testing experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business and customer requirements

• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and edge cases
• Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Legal, and business teams
• Support backlog prioritization, roadmap, and release planning
• Drive features from discovery through delivery and adoption
• Evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
