Chubb Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Product Owner to drive the evolution of digital products and agile governance, leading the squad that builds our solutions in São Paulo. You will bridge business partners with internal teams while maintaining clear backlog and delivery commitments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, English fluency, and experience in end-to-end partner lifecycles, Discovery sessions, and governance processes to enhance Business Agility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Fluent or advanced English; proficiency will be assessed during the interview
• Previous experience as a Product Owner
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Knowledge of OKR methodology

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Business, Operations and Engineering to manage the backlog with clear, compliant requirements.
• Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from intake to onboarding, testing, and go-live with legal/compliance alignment.
• Coordinate ongoing partner support, handling change requests and issue escalation for live partners.
• Lead Discovery and Solution Design sessions for new features and product ideas.
• Create a quarterly deployment plan and prioritize work based on team capacity.
• Balance new partner requests with enhancements for active partners while tracking OKRs.
• Help governance to foster agile culture and a product-driven mindset across the area.
• Define and communicate the product roadmap, timelines, and risks clearly.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders on onboarding pipelines and partner health.

We are searching for a Specialist Product Owner to join our team as we drive the continuous evolution of our digital products and the ongoing enhancement of our agile governance framework. This individual will bear responsibility for facilitating communication with our business partners, engaging with internal teams, and — most importantly — leading the Squad that develops our solutions.

We expect a strong skill set in stakeholder and people management, along with experience in executive reporting and active participation in strategic forums aimed at solution development and action definition. In this role, communication, self-organization, and management skills are the keys to successful execution of daily activities within a dynamic environment that is receptive to new ideas and trends.

Qualifications

Below are some of the responsibilities required for this position:

• Collaborate with involved teams, including Business, Operations, and Engineering, to negotiate, manage, and maintain the development backlog, ensuring clarity and precision in functional requirements — whether for new products or feature enhancements — while considering regulatory constraints and the inherent risks associated with ever-evolving business needs.
• Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle: manage the full pipeline of new partner implementation and integration requests, from initial intake through technical onboarding, testing coordination, and go-live. This includes tracking each request's progress, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Claims and Operations on required documentation, and ensuring all administrative prerequisites are met before and during implementation.
• Manage and support active partners on an ongoing basis: act as the primary point of coordination for operational requests, integration changes, and issue escalation from live partners, ensuring response times and resolution paths are clearly tracked and communicated.
• Lead and facilitate Discovery and Solution Design sessions for new functionalities, new requirements, or the creation of new products — utilizing techniques and tools for problem analysis, contributing to the definition of hypotheses, and proposing viable solutions.
• Develop and manage a quarterly deployment plan, accounting for the team's capacity to distribute deliverables throughout the quarter. The Specialist Product Owner is accountable for structuring and prioritizing what the Squad will implement.
• Aid in the management and prioritization of the implementation backlog, aligning it with defined OKRs and balancing new partner requests against enhancements for active partners.
• Drive the development of governance processes to propagate an agile culture, foster a product-oriented mindset, and disseminate knowledge to enhance Business Agility across the area.
• Structure the product and implementation roadmap, ensuring consistency across functional requirements documents and user stories. Establish timelines and provide clear, objective communication regarding any potential deviations and risks that may threaten the plan.
• Structure reports for stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of information, consistency, and quality of the message — including status of partner onboarding pipelines and active partner health.
• This position requires daily communication in English to engage with international teams and external partners.
