Working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and design, you will help ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining quality and consistency. You will also contribute to the evolution of design systems and component libraries across multiple brands and products. Accountabilities

• Translate product vision, business strategy, experience objectives, content strategies, and design direction into actionable plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, defining priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, strategic objectives, stakeholder needs, risks, and technical dependencies.
• Coordinate product delivery across multidisciplinary design, development, content, and infrastructure teams, ensuring alignment between priorities and execution.
• Define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure progress and evaluate product outcomes.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, anticipate risks, remove blockers, and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to organize feedback cycles, manage expectations, and align priorities, scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate design and development activities involving tools such as Figma and Storybook, supporting the creation and implementation of reusable components.
• Oversee the evolution of design systems, ensuring alignment between business requirements, brand needs, design tokens, component libraries, and technical implementation.
• Facilitate collaboration between frontend, backend, and infrastructure teams to ensure integrated and consistent product delivery.
• Support the definition and refinement of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity on expected outcomes and requirements.
• Monitor team capacity, delivery progress, and product performance to improve predictability, quality, and execution efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and achievements to relevant stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide other Product Owners, coordinating their activities and ensuring alignment with broader product strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role within technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of digital product management, covering strategic planning, execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with product and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with backlog and feature prioritization techniques that consider business value, effort, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience with KPIs, OKRs, performance measurement, and data-informed product decisions.
• Knowledge of digital ecosystems, including headless CMS platforms, AI-powered search solutions, data platforms, and analytics integrations.
• Familiarity with interface design and development workflows using tools such as Figma, Storybook, and component libraries.
• Understanding of design systems, design tokens, reusable components, and Atomic Design principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to adapt messages to technical and business audiences.
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities, assess risks, and make decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile methodologies or product management, such as CSPO or PMI-ACP.
• Knowledge of UX design, content strategy, or solution architecture.
• Experience managing design systems across multiple brands or digital products.
