Evonik Brasil Ltda. seeks a data-management professional to maintain SAP master data, support CAD in the Americas, and drive product launches across plants and warehouses.

The role requires CRM, dashboards, and Excel analytics experience, with strong English proficiency and collaboration across a complex matrix organization.

Qualificações

• University degree or currently studying in data management, science, engineering discipline, business management or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, building dashboards, and Excel data analysis.
• Strong managerial process skills to plan, organize and execute programs, strategies and projects.

Responsabilidades

• SAP Master Data Management: Maintain and update SAP master data, including BOMs, recipes, and production versions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across CAD production and supply chain systems.
• Quality Management: Serve as a key user for SAP Quality Management, maintaining master data and workflows for CAD, provide training, and support transactional activities to ensure compliance with global standards.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Coordinate NPI projects for CAD in the Americas, managing SAP master data creation, extensions, and changes, facilitating smooth product launches at manufacturing plants, warehouses, and subcontractors while overseeing the MOC process.
• Process Improvements: Harmonize, translate, and integrate new processes and data into the system world, help define standards, tools, and processes to optimize workflows and improve efficiency across regions.

• SAP Master Data Management: Maintain and update SAP master data, including BOMs, recipes, and production versions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across CAD production and supply chain systems. Provide transactional support for SAP ERP and APO, train sites, and support regression and integration testing for the America.
• Quality Management: Serve as a key user for SAP Quality Management, maintaining master data and workflows for CAD. Represent CAD in quality-related topics, provide training, and support transactional activities to ensure compliance with global standards.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Coordinate NPI projects for CAD in the Americas, managing SAP master data creation, extensions, and changes. Facilitate smooth product launches at manufacturing plants, warehouses, and subcontractors while overseeing the MOC process.
• Process Improvements: Harmonize, translate, and integrate new processes and data into the system world. Help to define standards, tools, and processes (e.g., reporting templates, automation) to optimize workflows and improve efficiency across regions.

REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree or currently studying in Data Management, Science, Engineering Discipline, Business Management or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English
• Experience with CRM Systems, Building Dashboards and Excel Data analysis.
• Strong managerial process skills to plan & organise and execute programs, strategies and projects.
• Strong teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across business lines and cultural gaps.
• Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Open-minded and impartial. Strong organizational and communication skills.
