Monster Energy LATAM in São Paulo seeks a Procurement Coordinator who will drive the creation and maintenance of Purchase Info Records for LATAM, own Master Purchase Orders in SAP, and deliver critical reports to cross-functional partners.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Costing, Finance and NPD to ensure PIR accuracy, understand regional pricing, FX, and currency, and support audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create, update, and maintain PIRs for LATAM.
• Manage outline agreements (Master Purchase Orders) in SAP.
• Deliver key reports to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Run weekly KPI reports and support internal audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Costing, Finance, and NPD teams.
• Ensure PIR accuracy with regional pricing, FX and currency considerations.
• Handle Price Tolerance Exceeded exceptions in VIM and plan actions.

A Day in the Life:

As Procurement Coordinator, you’ll drive the creation and maintenance of Purchase Info Records (PIRs) for LATAM. Own and maintain outline agreements (Master Purchase Orders) in SAP, deliver key reports to cross-functional stakeholders, and power up team projects that keep things moving.

The Impact You'll Make:

• Ensure timely completion of creating, updating and maintaining pricing in Evolve/MDG.
• Ensure pricing from supply agreements, and pricing provided by procurement manager, suppliers is accuratelyentered into Evolve/MDG
• Manage "Price Tolerance Exceeded" exceptions in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and formulate a plan of actionto release payment to suppliers.
• Ensure efficient entry and completion of time sensitive PIR updates.
• Work with cross functional teams such as but not limited to Procurement, Costing, Finance, New Produc
• Development (NPD), Planning, Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure PIR accuracy.
• Understand regional requirements as they pertain to pricing practices, foreign exchange, currency, and unit ofmeasure conversions.
• Run weekly reporting for KPIs and quarterly support for Monster internal auditsSupport Procurement team on special projects that fall within the scope of PIR or as additional support is needed.
• Working with ingredients team to create, update and maintain commodity contracts, Master Purchase Orders

Who You Are:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Supply Chain manager, Procurement or related fieldof study
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing
• Computer Skills Desired: SAP experience preferred
• Preferred Certifications: N/A
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Proactive
