DiDi Global Brazil seeks a Procurement BP to lead strategic and operational procurement across the Global Procurement Organization in Brazil. You will align with business needs and procurement guidelines, reporting to Regional Procurement Manager and Director.

Requirements include proven experience in complex matrix organizations, indirect procurement, risk and compliance, and fluent English; Spanish is a plus. This is a hands-on, collaborative role requiring excellent stakeholder management.

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sourcing in a cross-functional setup with regional/global teams.
• Develop strategies for Safety and Insurance procurement and manage TCO.
• Manage RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and perform market benchmarks and financial analysis.
• Ensure business requirements and SLAs/KPIs are met and procurement guidelines followed.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to drive business growth and risk mitigation.

Team Overview

Are you a Category Manager? Are you a BP? Here we do it all... If you are creative, energetic, hands on and strong minded team player, come join our amazing Procurement team in Brazil! Here you will elaborate and execute strategic and operational Procurement activities across the Global Procurement Organization. Ensure alignment to business necessities and stakeholders, so as to the Procurement guidelines and goals. Position will report to the Regional Procurement Manager and Director with a close connection to our global organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end sourcing process and facilitate analysis and collaboration of a cross-functional teams. Partner with regional and global organization colleagues implementing effective sourcing processes.
• Experience working with different Procurement categories (Indirect). Main categories: Safety Operations related and Insurance
• Develop and execute category strategies for Safety and Insurance, optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) while mitigating operational and financial risks.
• Lead complex RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, performing detailed market benchmarks and financial analysis.
• Ensure that the business requirements and drivers are well-understood and sla’s/kpi’s will be achieved accordingly.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to the Procurement guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to maximize general corporate results and contribute to the development of Categories
• Challenge legacy processes and ways of working being creative, dynamic and developing strategies to speed up business growth.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills to balance operational demands with strategic initiatives.
• Lead all relevant business partner and supplier’s interactions throughout all steps within the Procurement end to end process.

Role Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex matrix organizations and fast paced environment companies. Experience in global/regional roles is a plus.
• Experience with Procurement - Indirect Services
• Experience with Insurance - is a plus
• Strong in risk and compliance management.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to engage and influence others, deep understanding about what is the role of a Procurement BP.
• Creative, energetic, hands on and strong minded team player with high level of self-management.
• English fluency is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
