FiberHome Brasil is seeking a Purchasing Assistant in São Paulo to join our Procurement team. The role focuses on supporting purchasing activities, supplier management, order follow-up, and cost-control initiatives.

The candidate will research suppliers, issue orders, monitor deliveries, and help ensure quality and compliance across purchases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• At least one year of professional experience in Purchasing or a related area.
• Experience with supplier research and quotation processes.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and basic data management.

Responsabilidades

• Research purchasing channels and identify potential suppliers.
• Develop and maintain an updated supplier database.
• Request and analyze quotations, comparing prices, lead times, and terms.
• Support negotiations and communication related to samples and contracts.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor their execution.
• Follow up on delivery deadlines to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Support product acceptance and payment processes.
• Monitor the quality of purchased products and vendor compliance.
• Maintain relationships with current suppliers and develop new partnerships.
• Support procurement planning and execute purchasing demands.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, suppliers, quotations, and documentation.

Responsibilities And Attributions

• Research purchasing channels and identify potential suppliers;
• Develop and maintain an updated supplier database;
• Request and analyze quotations, comparing prices, quality, lead times, and commercial conditions;
• Support negotiations and communication related to samples and purchasing contracts;
• Issue purchase orders and monitor their execution;
• Follow up on delivery deadlines to ensure materials and products are received on time;
• Support product acceptance and payment processes;
• Monitor the quality of purchased products, ensuring compliance with the company’s requirements;
• Maintain relationships with current suppliers and develop new partnerships according to business needs;
• Support procurement planning and the execution of the company’s purchasing demands;
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining the required quality standards;
• Maintain accurate records of orders, suppliers, quotations, and related documentation.

Requisites And Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related area;
• Experience with supplier research and development;
• Knowledge of quotation processes, price comparison, purchase-order issuance, and delivery follow-up;
• Ability to communicate and work professionally in English;
• Good command of Microsoft Office;
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple purchasing demands and deadlines.
