Job summary

Fuji SMBE Technology Pte Ltd seeks a Process Engineer to document and refine factory and production processes across the Group, and to deploy improvements in Singapore and overseas.

You will help manage the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly, and ensure audit and compliance across the Group.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Have initiative and be able to work independently; strong analytical skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across the Group.
• Recommend and implement improvements to process and process automation.
• Deploy and implement the Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas.
• Manage the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Responsible for audit and compliance of Factory and Process Engineering across the Group.
• Take on other duties related to operations and process engineering.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in process engineering in the manufacturing environment

• Have initiative, able to work independently

• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication and written and presentation skills

• Able to travel overseas
