You will source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech channels, and conduct behavioral and technical interviews in English and Portuguese.

• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Write interview reports and present shortlists with technical and cultural fit analysis.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies for tech audiences.
• Use ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
• Attend tech meetups, events, and fairs to network and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with the People team to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring processes.

We are looking for Process Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career.

Key responsibilities

• Align job profiles with hiring managers, understanding technical requirements in depth.
• Source and engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tech-specific channels.
• Conduct behavioral and initial technical interviews in both English and Portuguese.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Write interview reports and present shortlists with technical and cultural fit analysis.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies tailored to tech audiences.
• Use ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Gupy) and recruitment analytics tools.
• Attend tech meetups, events, and fairs to network and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with the People team to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring processes.

Skills Required

• Experience end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles (Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, etc.) both in Brazil and internationally.
