Descrição da oferta de emprego

HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a dynamic, growing business unit within Amazon.com. Since early 2006, AWS has provided companies of all sizes with an infrastructure platform in the cloud. Using AWS, companies can requisition compute power, storage, and other services – gaining access to a global computing infrastructure that is the backbone of Amazon.com’s multi-billion dollar retail business. Today, AWS provides a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers millions of active monthly customers from start-ups to multi-national corporations to governments.

To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you'd like to help us build the place to find and buy anything online, this is your chance to make history. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Latin America (LATAM) Human Resources (HR) team as the Brazil HR Business Partner supporting all AWS businesses in the Country. In this role, the HRBP Leader will be responsible for driving critical strategic and transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a Brazil HRBP Leader with excellent strategic management skills who can think big, lead end-to-end process execution, cultivate collaborative relationships at all levels and push the HR function to keep evolving and embark on a continuous improvement journey. Our goal is to build a strong HR organization and to design and implement people programs and practices that are scalable for our growing and complex business in Brazil. The HRBP Leader is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides programmatic leadership to our LATAM HR team, HR Centers of Excellence, Employee Services and Payroll organizations, but also partners extremely close with business stakeholders.

Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
  1. Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate executive level discussions and decisions.
  2. Ability to lead across a complex regional organization with matrixed teams reporting in to you.
  3. The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  4. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the organization and look around corners.
  5. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
  6. Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  7. A strong bias for action and sense of urgency, being comfortable working in an environment that demands clear deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  8. The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and coordinate work through others.
  9. Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization.
  10. Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
