A leading company is seeking a Pricing Program Manager for its Shopping Experience team in Brazil. The role involves supporting the deployment of pricing strategies, analyzing metrics, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have extensive experience in program management, stakeholder management, and data analysis, along with a Bachelor's degree and fluency in English.

Key job responsibilities
- Support deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil
- Serve as central pricing point of contact for multiple stakeholders, understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth
- Innovate with customer-centricity, proposing and leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program
- Analyze root causes of pricing metric changes and propose actions
- Build new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights
- Inspect pricing mechanisms and propose actions
A day in the life
- Daily: support stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs
- Weekly: analyze metrics, meet with stakeholders, understand root causes of changes and define short, medium and long term action items
- Monthly: conduct pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions
- Quarterly: innovate to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program, lead projects on such innovations- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
