Location and Flexibility
The Program Manager role is hybrid, requiring presence in our offices in São Paulo (2 days/week or 8 days/month) or Porto Alegre (3 days/week or 12 days/month). Our office culture promotes in-person collaboration, innovation, and connection with global teams.

The Opportunity
Partner with Engineering Directors and Product Managers to lead multidisciplinary teams on Fuel iX product lines, focusing on AI use cases that solve real-world problems and enable enterprise AI deployment. This role is crucial in evolving our AI platform to deliver flexibility, control, productivity, and trust to global enterprises.

Responsibilities

1. Create and communicate comprehensive project plans to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
2. Collaborate across teams to develop products and achieve desired outcomes.
3. Make effective decisions on scope, design, architecture, and processes based on experience.
4. Communicate effectively with engineering teams, product managers, marketing, and executives.
5. Optimize team processes and focus on key client activities.
6. Apply suitable project management frameworks to adapt to customer and product needs.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in English (C1 or C2).
2. 7+ years in software development.
3. Experience leading large-scale software projects from discovery to deployment.
4. Confidence managing complex projects with executive stakeholders.
5. Skilled in facilitating stakeholder and team working sessions.
6. Proven leadership in managing projects and multidisciplinary teams.
7. Ability to clarify complex ideas and navigate ambiguity.

Bonus Points

1. Experience as a Project or Product Manager, Scrum Master in tech or SaaS companies.
2. Experience with AI or machine learning products.
3. Certifications like CSM, CSPO, PMP, SA, SPC, etc.
4. Knowledge of B2E or Contact Center CX solutions.
5. Experience with cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
