Talent Acquisition Lead | Career Coach | HR Consultant

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify new business opportunities through pre-sales activities.
  2. Engage with customers (via KAMs) to address technical requirements, propose technological improvements, and align solutions with the product portfolio.
  3. Conduct technical demonstrations of technology solutions tailored to client needs.
  4. Deliver internal technical training to KAMs and channel partners, while actively contributing to sales strategies and new account acquisition plans.
  5. Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up.
  6. Understand IT department structures, hold technical and commercial discussions at multiple levels, and build relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies.
  • Proven commercial acumen and customer-facing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
