Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Senior manufacturing leadership experience (Plant Director, Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, or equivalent).
• Experience in technically demanding industrial environments.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, change-management, and performance improvement.
• Fluent in English with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

• Oversee production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Act as strategic partner to international leadership teams, supporting growth, investment projects, and transformation.
• Lead industrialisation and ramp-up of new products and technologies for scalable manufacturing processes.
• Define and monitor KPIs, driving productivity, quality, delivery, and cost competitiveness.

Job Description

• Lead all manufacturing activities, ensuring the achievement and delivery of operational,quality, safety, and financial objectives.

• Define and monitor key performance indicators, driving initiatives to improve productivity, quality, delivery performance, and cost competitiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in senior manufacturing leadership roles such as Plant Director, Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, or equivalent.
• Strong experience within technically demanding industrial environments, ideally involving precision manufacturing, advanced technologies, or high-reliability products.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, change-management and performance improvement programs.
• Fluent in English, with exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication skills within international organisations.
