Continental Group Sector ContiTech seeks a professional to schedule and plan services, mobilize personnel to work sites, and ensure deadlines are met. You will monitor daily activities, participate in client meetings, and coordinate weekly service schedules with inspectors and managers to deliver quality service.

The role involves managing service routines, generating maintenance and work order reports, and supporting billing processes with accurate documentation and reporting to management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve service scheduling processes.
• Experience with billing processes and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily scheduled activities and production planning, helping supervisors and updating management.
• Participate in service scheduling meetings with clients and inform supervisors of changes or constraints.
• Develop and coordinate weekly service schedules with inspectors, supervisors and managers, and prepare planning spreadsheets for management and clients.
• Manage service routines including daily maintenance reports, monthly work order reports, maintenance shutdown schedules, and coordinate workforce allocation with supervisors.
• Act as liaison in billing processes, track performance and analyze operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for customer invoicing.

Job Description

Ensure the scheduling and planning of services, as well as the mobilization of personnel to the worksite, within the established deadlines.

• Monitor daily scheduled activities and production planning, providing direct support to supervisors and regularly updating management.
• Participate in service scheduling meetings with clients, communicating any changes, constraints, or pending issues to supervisors and management.
• Develop and coordinate weekly service schedules with inspectors, supervisors, and managers, preparing planning spreadsheets and submitting them to management and clients when required.
• Manage Continental Services’ service routines, including daily maintenance reports, monthly work order (WO) reports, and maintenance shutdown schedules, as well as coordinating workforce allocation in partnership with supervisors and management.
• Act as a liaison in billing processes, overseeing performance tracking and measurement through statistical analysis of operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain the documentation required for customer invoicing.
