Jobtailor is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Specialist in Brazil to balance region orders, monitor tools and services, and prepare 12‑week and 3‑week plans. You will coordinate service crews, ensure readiness, and deliver timely communications to crews and partners.

Responsibilities emphasize KPI monitoring, optimized work order composition, and collaboration with Technical Planning (TPL) and SCO to improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating development or improvement projects (process & systems).
• Strong planning framework understanding.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Balance region orders to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Plan and monitor tools, parts and services before crew mobilization.
• Prepare 12-week and 3-week plans with detail.
• Allocate works to regions and crews for best match to conditions.
• Deliver timely communications to crews and partners.
• Monitor KPIs related to Planning & Scheduling.
• Review completed works at week end.

Responsibilities

• Balance all assigned region orders to ensure minimum wind turbine downtime and maximum productivity
• Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
• Plan and monitor tools, parts & services on time before crew mobilization
• Prepare, level out & assign works for the region & tasks of responsibility, to deliver best match for needs and potential (i.e. weather conditions & skills)
• Assign service appointment to service crew by organizing crew composition on short term
• Deliver on time communication to crews and partners
• Monitor key performance indicators related to Planning & Scheduling to ensure they are balanced and under control
• Confirm readiness for works to be implemented (system)
• Prepare 12‑week planning (long‑term) and short‑term planning (3‑week detail plan)
• Bundle and optimize work order composition
• Create purchase requests
• Ensure improvement loop with stakeholders regarding Technical Planning (TPL), Supply Chain Operations (SCO) & work efficiency
• Review performed works at end of week

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems)
• Technical and planning framework understanding
• Professional experience in a comparable position, preferably having worked as a service technician
• Sales force knowledge desirable
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
• Good communication skills in English (and local language)
