A Jobgether no Brasil está buscando um desenvolvedor Senior Fullstack para atuar com Node.js, React e TypeScript, contribuindo para soluções escaláveis e de alto impacto em um ambiente tecnológico.

Você trabalhará com arquitetura de microserviços, pipelines CI/CD, DevSecOps e IA para acelerar fluxos de desenvolvimento, em cultura colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares e políticas de trabalho remoto flexíveis.

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada com TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, NestJS e Express.
• Arquiteturas de microserviços e design de API (REST/GraphQL).
• Conhecimento de caching, otimização de sistemas e performance.
• Experiência com serviços em nuvem AWS (EKS, S3, API Gateway).
• Bancos de dados relacionais (MySQL, PostgreSQL) e NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Práticas de DevOps e ferramentas CI/CD.
• Sistemas de mensageria/event-driven.
• Metodologias ágeis como Scrum/Kanban.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD/BDD) e testes automatizados.
• Experiência em ambientes de grande escala é um plus.

This role is designed for an experienced Fullstack Developer who wants to build scalable, high-impact digital solutions in a technology-driven environment. You will work on complex applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, contributing to architecture decisions and engineering excellence. The position combines hands-on development with technical influence, enabling you to shape solutions, improve performance, and drive innovation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while applying best practices in software engineering, cloud technologies, and DevOps. Accountabilities:

The Senior Fullstack Developer will design, develop, and maintain robust applications while contributing to technical strategy, engineering quality, and continuous improvement across software solutions.

• Design, develop, and support complex applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Build modern distributed applications based on microservices architectures and event-driven solutions using messaging platforms such as Kafka and similar tools.
• Contribute to technical decisions, support architecture discussions, manage technical debt, and implement valuable refactoring initiatives.
• Ensure application quality, security, and stability through DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and engineering best practices.
• Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote continuous improvement within development teams.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and cloud deployments.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges across applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and architectures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices.
• Share knowledge about software engineering best practices, new technologies, and AI-powered development approaches with teams and stakeholders.
• Apply artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to accelerate development workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong fullstack development experience, advanced knowledge of modern web architectures, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.

• Proven experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, NestJS, Express, and similar technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of microservices architectures and API design, including RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with caching strategies, system optimization, and performance improvements.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services, especially AWS solutions such as EKS, S3, and API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB, Redis), including query optimization techniques.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with messaging systems and event‑driven communication patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with test‑driven development (TDD/BDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to work in large‑scale development environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of observability, resilience techniques, and monitoring tools is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, problem‑solving ability, and ownership mindset.
