A posição SR Desenvolvimento Full-Stack (Java + React) da Jobgether busca um engenheiro sênior para atuar em soluções escaláveis, com foco em Java, Spring Boot, Node.js e React, em ambiente remoto no Brasil.

Você trabalhará em todo o ciclo de vida de software, incluindo design, entregas em cloud (AWS), APIs REST e práticas de CI/CD, com ênfase em qualidade, testes (JUnit/Pact) e observabilidade, integrando equipes ágeis para transformar necessidades de negócio em software confiável.

Qualificações

• Experiência sólida em backend com Java 8+ e Spring Boot.
• Desenvolvimento frontend com React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experiência com Next.js, React Hooks e Styled Components.
• Projeto com microserviços/microfrontend e APIs REST.

Responsabilidades

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SR Desenvolvimento Full-Stack (Java + React) based in Brazil.

This role is designed for a senior full-stack engineer who will build scalable, high-performance solutions used by millions of users. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from technical design and architecture decisions to production delivery. The position combines backend and frontend expertise, modern cloud technologies, and strong engineering practices. You will collaborate with agile, multidisciplinary teams to create robust digital products and continuously improve platform performance. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex technology initiatives while applying expertise in Java, React, cloud environments, and distributed architectures. Accountabilities:

• Design and develop scalable, highly available applications across backend and frontend layers.
• Build backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js, creating efficient and maintainable services.
• Develop modern frontend experiences using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with API Gateway solutions.
• Work with microservices and microfrontend architectures to support scalable digital platforms.
• Implement and maintain asynchronous communication solutions using messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and AWS SQS.
• Develop solutions connected to relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Apply cloud development practices using AWS services.
• Create and maintain automated tests, including unit tests and contract tests, ensuring software reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical refinements, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, observability practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Solid experience developing backend applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Node.js with NestJS.
• Strong frontend development experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Practical experience with frontend ecosystems including Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, and Axios.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices and microfrontend architectures.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integrations with API Gateway platforms.
• Experience with messaging-based communication using technologies such as RabbitMQ and AWS SQS.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and RDS environments.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies, including JUnit and Pact contract testing.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and experience with CI/CD practices using tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
• Experience working in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills to lead technical discussions, refinements, and requirement discovery sessions.
• Experience with Jira for task and defect management is a plus.
• Knowledge of UML documentation and system modeling is a plus.
