Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Technology or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree, MBA, specialization or PM/PMBOK, Scrum, Agile or related certifications.
• Knowledge or experience in project management.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP systems; TOTVS Protheus is a plus.
• Knowledge in BI and AI applied to management will be considered a plus.
• Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects, contributing to planning, monitoring and control of initiatives, ensuring delivery quality, meeting deadlines, costs and established requirements, and promoting integration among clients, stakeholders and support areas of the São José dos Campos Technology Innovation Park.
• Responsible for supporting project execution across all phases, tracking indicators, risks, schedules, procurement processes, billing and financial reporting, ensuring process compliance and contributing to the achievement of expected results.
• Plan, monitor and control R&D&I projects, ensuring execution according to scope, schedule, budget and established requirements.
• Work closely with clients, partners and internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment of activities and quality of project deliverables.
• Attend meetings and technical visits with PIT clients, monitoring project progress and supporting institutional relationships.
• Prepare monitoring reports, executive presentations and accountability documents, recording project progress, timelines, action plans, indicators and results achieved.
• Monitor and control performance indicators, risks, corrective actions and other information related to project management.
• Oversee procurement processes, supplier contracting and other administrative demands linked to projects.
• Monitor project financial flows, supporting budget follow-up, cost control and billing processes with clients.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings (Status Report) and support management in consolidating information and reporting project progress.
• Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other records required for traceability and governance.
• Work in an integrated manner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Communications and other departments involved in project execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and project management practices, promoting greater efficiency and quality in initiative execution.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Technology, Economics or related fields.
• Additional qualifications: postgraduate degree, MBA, specialization or certifications in Project Management (PMBOK, PMI, Scrum, Agile or related methodologies), Innovation Management, Processes, Business Intelligence or related areas.
• Knowledge or experience in project management.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP systems; experience with TOTVS Protheus is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with project management tools.
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence applied to management will be considered a plus.
• Intermediate level of English.
