Schedule

Monday-Friday 7:30am- 4:00pm w/ every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Input and interpret medication orders accurately into the system, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
• Perform drug calculations, including conversions and basic math.
• Resolve insurance claim denials and follow up on claims in Point of Sale systems.
• Stay informed about Medicaid claim regulations and processes.
• Generate reports on unpaid/pending claims for management.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal staff.
• Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under supervision.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience related to pharmacy.
• Understanding of medications, terminology, and metric system; computer skills.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state and business needs.
• Detail-oriented, team player, with good communication skills.
