Jobgether is seeking a Backend Software Developer (Pleno) based in Brazil to join a collaborative engineering team. You will contribute to building a high-impact platform journey, focusing on scalable, reliable backend features and RESTful services.

You will work with Node.js/TypeScript, SQL, and microservice patterns while promoting SOLID and Clean Code. The role supports a flexible, primarily remote environment and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database modeling.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and version control practices.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the platform's Pay & Ship subscription and onboarding flow.
• Design and implement new backend features, prioritizing scalable, reliable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver functionalities aligned with business and user needs.
• Build and maintain features using industry best practices, established development guidelines, and clean coding standards.
• Develop solutions capable of handling high volumes of requests while maintaining system performance and reliability.
• Ensure technical documentation remains accurate and up to date as products and systems evolve.
• Monitor application health metrics, proactively investigate production alerts, and resolve performance or availability issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering standards.
• Work closely with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integrations and the continuous evolution of products.

We are looking for a talented Backend Software Developer to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering team focused on building and evolving high-impact digital products. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of a key platform journey, creating scalable and sustainable solutions that enhance the user experience. You will work closely with engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to deliver features that drive business value. The position involves handling high-volume systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to technical decisions, development standards, and engineering best practices. This is an opportunity to work in a flexible, primarily remote environment that encourages autonomy, innovation, and collaboration.

Accountabilities:
