This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Delivery Manager Pleno based in Brazil.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery processes, acting as the primary connection between business stakeholders and technology teams.


• Monitor and analyze agile flow metrics, including Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Work in Progress (WIP), to improve delivery predictability, productivity, and operational efficiency.


• Coordinate dependencies across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and project objectives.


• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, delivery status, risks, and potential challenges.


• Plan and coordinate production deployments, including risk assessments, contingency plans, rollback strategies, implementation schedules, and change management governance.


• Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of new projects, products, and services, including effort estimation, business impact, resource requirements, and cost projections.


• Support prioritization, planning, and decision-making processes, ensuring technology initiatives remain aligned with strategic business objectives.


• Identify delivery bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, implementing initiatives that enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency.


• Promote continuous improvement practices across project delivery processes, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Solid professional experience in project management, product management, or technology operations.


• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.


• Practical experience working with agile flow metrics, delivery performance indicators, and team capacity management.


• Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and change management practices.


• Experience planning and coordinating production deployments in technology environments.


• Ability to assess technical and financial feasibility, including effort estimation, cost analysis, and business impact evaluation.


• Experience managing executive stakeholders and collaborating with business areas to align expectations and strategic priorities.


• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
