FedEx is seeking a detail-oriented物流 clerk in São Paulo to support shipment tracking, prepare shipping documentation, and assist customers at the counter or via phone. The role includes updating FedEx systems, monitoring routes, and maintaining accuracy across reports. Strong English and general administrative skills are required.

Successful candidates will handle hazardous materials compliance checks, labeling, and packaging details, while providing key support to the Station Operations Manager.

Qualificações

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under general guidance completes the following activities:
Track shipment monitoring, interpreting tracking updates in FedEx systems and operations;
Assist customer in preparing shipping documentation, including international regulatory information assistance, shipping request preparation, and special notification related to worldwide pickup and delivery;
Assist customers with locating packages, answering questions about FedEx products and services, providing in-person customer service at the counter or on the phone;
Carry out shipment preparation with updates to FedEx systems;
Update and analyze operational reports (Timecard, Scans, CEBS, EOPS);
Carry out delivery routing;
Monitoring airlines and FedEx support areas;
Check packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of contents including weight and size, proper packaging, insurance values, special requirements for shipment of hazardous materials and compliance with required customs documentation at destination;
Provide administrative and operational support to the Station Operations Manager;
Monitor couriers on route, providing information on packages released for delivery, collection and address adjustments.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: Minimum education:

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excel and Advanced Word;
Intermediate English
