Private Advertiser seeks a skilled PCB technician to diagnose faults to component level, interpret schematics, and isolate defective parts. You will perform SMD and through-hole replacements, reflow/BGA reballing, and ensure IPC-compliant soldering quality.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose PCB failures to component level
• Interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings
• Identify root causes of electronic faults (shorts, opens, leakage, burn marks)
• Isolate defective components using: Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, Signal generator, LCR meter
• Perform SMD and through-hole component replacement
• Conduct BGA reballing and reflow using IR/hot-air systems
• Replace ICs, regulators, MOSFETs, diodes, resistors, and connectors
• Ensure proper soldering and rework quality according to IPC-7711/7721 standards
• Perform board-level functional testing after repair
• Validate signal integrity and power rails
• Perform load tests and temperature checks
• Document test results and repair actions clearly
• Prepare repair reports, including symptoms, cause analysis, and corrective action
• Maintain internal repair logs and track common failure modes
• Follow ESD and cleanroom handling standards
• Support continuous improvement of repair processes
• Provide feedback to design team on recurring PCB issues
• Assist with firmware reflash, configuration, and calibration
• Participate in engineering projects and product improvement activities

• Diagnose PCB failures to component level

Functional Testing

Quality & Documentation

• Prepare repair reports, including symptoms, cause analysis, and corrective action
