JESSE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an electronics technician to perform PCB testing, analysis, and repair across digital, analog, and RF boards. You will work with various soldering/desoldering techniques and use oscilloscopes and power supplies to troubleshoot and validate repairs.

The role emphasizes learning on the job, with 5 days a week and opportunities to develop skills in microcontrollers, SBCs, and reverse engineering when schematics are unavailable.

Qualificações

• ITE (Electronic) is the minimum qualification.
• Willing to learn with no prior experience.
• Willing to perform initial testing, analysis and repair of PCB.
• Experience or knowledge of SMPS, servo amps, or motor drivers is a plus.
• Ability to use oscilloscope and power supply for testing.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering PCB without schematics is desirable.
• Programming basics (C, Python) or microcontroller familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain documentation of parts condition from arrival to testing.
• Repair populated PCBs including digital, analog, RF boards.
• Familiar with soldering and desoldering techniques (through-hole, SMD, BGA).
• Identify main building blocks like SMPS, servo amps, or motor drivers.
• Use oscilloscope and power supplies to troubleshoot and power boards.
• Advance skills will be a plus.
• Knowledge of servo motors, encoders, and servo amplifiers (Sanyo).
• Programming or microcontroller work (C, Python, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
• Understanding reverse engineering to repair PCBs without schematics.

Basic Qualification/ Skill required

Minimum - ITE (Electronic) and skill is the most important qualification.

These are the scope of work if you have no experience and are willing to learn.

Will be performing initial testing, analysis and repair of PCB, and other electro-mechanical assembly.

Responsibility

• 1. Maintain documentation of parts condition upon arrival, during repair as well as final testing prior to shipping out repaired parts.
• 2. Repair populated PCB which include but not limited to digital board, analog board, RF,etc.
• 1. Familiar and proficient with different soldering and desoldering technique (Through hole component, smd, bga).
• 2. Must be familiar with at least one of the following and able to recognize main building block of : SMPS power supply, Servo amp, stepper motor driver, linear power supply.
• 3. Able to use oscilloscope to troubleshoot parts, power supply to provide power to board under repair, soldering, station, desoldering station, multimeter.
• 4. Advance skill that will be a plus point.
• 5.Knowledge of servo motor, encoder and servo amplifier (Sanyo)
• 6. Programming skill (C, python, basic, other language).
• 7. Arduino, Raspberry pi, or any other micro controller and sbc.
• 8. Understanding of reverse engineering technique as well as ability to reverse engineer a PCB, repairing without schematic availability.

Salary will be commensurate with skill and experience
