Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Regional Payroll Specialist to process and review payroll for employees across Canada and multiple LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. You will partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve inquiries, support audits, and maintain confidential records.

The role requires 2+ years of payroll experience, advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting Canada and LATAM
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance)
• Solid understanding of country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Canada and LATAM
• Experience processing and reviewing payroll with high accuracy and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Clear, professional communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls, deadlines, and stakeholders across different regions

Job description

Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $45-62 BRL

Must Haves:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably supporting Canada and LATAM
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and platforms (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance)
• Solid understanding of country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in Canada and LATAM
• Experience processing and reviewing payroll with high accuracy and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
