DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a resilient and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our LATAM payroll team. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across Brazil and SSL countries, collaborating with regional teams.

You will work with experienced payroll specialists, ensure statutory deductions, and provide timely reports while maintaining strong internal controls.

Qualificações

• 7+ years hands-on payroll experience in Brazil; SSL countries is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of local labor laws, tax rules, and social security requirements.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil and SSL countries.
• Collaborate with regional payroll team and report to Regional Payroll Manager.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls.
• Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee timely payment of social security, taxes, and deductions.
• Maintain workflows with local vendors and cross-functional HR, Accounting, Finance teams.

We’re seeking a resilient and proactive Payroll Specialistto join our multicultural LATAM Payroll Team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple countries while fostering collaboration across regions. In this role, you'll be...

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil and SSL countries.
• Work collaboratively alongside a team of experienced payroll specialists and report directly to the Regional Payroll Manager.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and strict compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls.
• Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee the timely processing and payment of social security, taxes, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain continuous, collaborative workflows with the regional IBG Chinese team, local vendors, and internal cross-functional departments (HR, Accounting, Finance).
• Address internal and external payroll inquiries and deliver required reports within established deadlines.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Remain adaptable and prepared to manage additional ad-hoc payroll duties and operational requirements as needed.

Must-Have

• 7+ years of hands-onpayroll experience in Brazil, expertise inSSL countries is a plus;
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus;
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail;
• Proven ability to managecross-country payroll operationsand third-party providers.

Nice-to-Have

• Background inBusiness, Accounting, or Finance;
• Familiarity with HR processes and policies.
