Billor is seeking a highly analytical Global/Local Payroll and Benefits Analyst to join the People team. You will manage payroll and benefits coordination across multiple countries with a strong focus on Brazil, ensuring CLT compliance and tax and social security contributions are met.

This strategic role works cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams in the U.S. and Brazil to implement best practices and HR initiatives across the organization.

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global/Local Payroll and Benefits Analyst to join our People team. You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating payroll processes across multiple countries—with a strong focus on Brazil—and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations such as CLT, tax laws, and social security contributions.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that supports our operations, working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams in the U.S. and Brazil.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for HR consulting and guidance throughout the organization.
• Implement and maintain HR best practices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including due diligence, project management, implementation, change management, communication and roll-out.
• Expert listening skills and ability to diagnose organizational opportunities within supported business group using strategic HR influence skills and leveraging HR functional area support.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Interpret policy and applicable employment legislation as needed.
• Advise managers and supervisors on best employee relations practices and strategies for managing
• supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, policies and regulations.
• Maintain HR documentation such as HR templates & forms
• Perform administration and other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required.
