Join our dynamic global team as a Payroll Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations for our Latam workforce. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll inquiries, working closely with the Global Payroll Director to optimize processes and align with our global payroll strategy. What You’ll Do:

  1. Payroll Processing & Compliance:
  2. Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for all Latam employees, including salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, and deductions, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll requirements to ensure compliance.
  4. Employee Support & Communication:
  5. Serve as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing clear and timely resolutions.
  6. Coordinate with local payroll bureaus and external vendors to resolve complex queries and discrepancies.
  7. Data Management & Reporting:
  8. Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
  9. Assist with payroll audits and prepare documentation for internal and external reviews.
  10. Analyze payroll data to generate insights for management.
  11. Collaboration & Process Improvement:
  12. Work with HR and Benefits teams to ensure correct payroll deductions for benefits.
  13. Participate in global payroll projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  14. Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience:
  • Payroll administration experience with knowledge of LATAM labor laws and tax regulations (e.g., Argentina, Chile, Brazil).
  • Experience with multi-country payroll processing is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (at least 90% proficiency); Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship management.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Availability to work onsite three times a week.
