Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a large-scale transformation program focused on Brazil, with collaboration across regional and global teams. The role is a contractor position based in Brazil, requiring fluency in Portuguese and English.

You will lead the OCM roadmap and deliverables, manage risks, and drive adoption across multiple workstreams. Strong communication and leadership are essential to align stakeholders and ensure successful

Qualificações

• Must have strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within large-scale transformation programs.
• Prior experience as an OCM Lead or similar role (Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager).
• Ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience collaborating with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• ERP/SAP experience is desirable for enterprise transformations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; based in Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the timely and high-quality execution of OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans and activities aligned with the transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify and manage organizational change risks, defining mitigation actions.
• Support local teams in addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
• Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
