Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program in Brazil, collaborating with regional and global teams. The role emphasizes change strategies, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.

You will lead OCM activities for Brazil and the ACC region, develop detailed plans, provide weekly status updates, and engage stakeholders to enable successful adoption while navigating complex enterprises and ERP/SAP contexts.

Qualificações

• Extensive OCM leadership experience in large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute OCM plans and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation exposure is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; based in Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the timely execution of OCM methodology, roadmap, and deliverables for Brazil and the ACC region.
• Develop and manage detailed OCM plans aligned with the transformation roadmap.
• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.
• Identify and manage change risks, defining mitigation actions.
• Support local teams in addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale transformation program, with a primary focus on Brazil and collaboration across regional and global teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally within large-scale transformation programs.
• Previous experience as an OCM Lead, Change Management Lead, Senior Change Manager, or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
• Experience with stakeholder management, change impact assessments, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with regional and global teams in complex organizations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or enterprise transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly status reporting on OCM deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and progress.

• Support local teams in identifying and addressing country-specific change and adoption risks.
• Engage key stakeholders and support organizational readiness and adoption throughout the transformation.

Location: Brazil. Contract Type: Contractor. Compensation: USD $6,500/month. Time Off: 15 vacation days per year.
