Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing AMS support for Oracle Cloud OTC modules (Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Tax).
• Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA timeframes.
• Analyze and implement enhancements and minor configurations in Oracle Cloud OTC.
• Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud patch testing cycles and coordinate regression testing with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of solutions and known issues in the knowledge base.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and promote Oracle Cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing AMS support for Oracle Cloud OTC modules (Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Tax), ensuring system stability and SLA compliance.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents and service requests within established SLA timeframes, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Analyze and implement enhancements and minor configurations in Oracle Cloud OTC to meet evolving business requirements.
• Manage and execute quarterly Oracle Cloud patch testing cycles, documenting impacts and coordinating regression testing with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and business users) to understand requirements, communicate solution options, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of solutions, configurations, and known issues in the knowledge base to support team continuity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying system improvement opportunities and recommending Oracle Cloud best practices.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in AR, FDG, OM and Tax on Oracle Cloud.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English skills would be appreciated.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience working in an AMS or managed services delivery model, including familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integrations
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI, FRS, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Experience with ticketing and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms).
• Oracle Cloud certification in Order Management, Financials, or related OTC modules is a plus.
