Peloton Group seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Architect to design and govern end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP solutions aligned with client business strategies. You will lead solution architecture across functional and technical domains, guiding delivery teams through complex transformations.

The role requires deep Oracle Cloud expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to mentor teams while supporting pre-sales activities. Travel is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience delivering ERP solutions, with significant Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Financials with broad knowledge across other ERP domains.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes and system interdependencies.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, data structures, and extensibility.
• Experience with data migration strategies and reconciliation processes.
• Solid understanding of reporting/analytics in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and platform capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence executives.
• Experience leading distributed teams in fast-paced client-facing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the overall solution architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Serve as the architectural authority across functional and technical workstreams (Financials, Procurement, Projects, integrations).
• Translate business strategies into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP designs.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance across the program.
• Lead current/future-state architecture design across application, data, integration, reporting.
• Design end-to-end business processes across R2R, P2P, O2C.
• Provide guidance on complex configurations, extensions, and customizations.
• Oversee integration architecture and middleware strategies.
• Define data migration and data governance approaches.
• Collaborate on reporting architectures (OTBI, BI Publisher, data warehouses).
• Identify and manage architectural risks and trade-offs.
• Review/approve design documents for consistency and quality.
• Mentor leads with architectural oversight.
• Support pre-sales and client presentations; contribute to Peloton methodologies.

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that align with client business strategies and technology landscapes. You will lead solution architecture across functional and technical domains, ensuring scalable, integrated, and high-performing implementations. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, strong cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to guide both clients and delivery teams through complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall solution architecture for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and IT strategy
• Serve as the primary architectural authority across functional and technical workstreams, including Financials, Procurement, Projects, and integrations
• Translate business strategies and requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Oracle Cloud ERP solution designs
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance processes across the program lifecycle
• Lead current-state assessments and future-state architecture design, including application, data, integration, and reporting frameworks
• Design end-to-end business process flows and ensure seamless integration across key domains such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash
• Provide guidance on complex configuration decisions, extensions, and customizations while promoting Oracle Cloud best practices and minimizing technical debt
• Oversee integration architecture, including inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware strategies, and third-party system alignment
• Define data migration and data governance strategies, including data quality, conversion, and reconciliation approaches
• Collaborate with technical teams on reporting architecture, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and data warehouse integrations
• Identify and manage architectural risks, issues, and trade-offs, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
• Review and approve functional and technical design documents to ensure architectural consistency and quality
• Mentor functional and technical leads, providing architectural oversight and ensuring adherence to standards
• Support pre-sales and business development activities, including solutioning, architecture visioning, and client presentations
• Contribute to the development of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, and reusable architecture assets

Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications across Financials or other ERP modules
• Experience with multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM)
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
• Experience with cloud integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting strategies, and enterprise analytics platforms
• Exposure to industry-specific solutions or regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP)
