Peloton Consulting Group seeks a seasoned Oracle Tax specialist to configure Fusion Tax and support Brazilian tax requirements within Oracle ERP Cloud Financials. The role focuses on translating business needs into robust tax solutions and delivering end-to-end project work in a LATAM context.

The ideal candidate will analyze requirements, manage incidents and changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless integrations with third-party tax engines.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with Oracle Tax (Fusion Tax) configuration and support.
• Solid knowledge of tax determination rules, tax regimes, tax rates, and reporting.
• Experience supporting LATAM tax requirements, especially Brazil (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS).
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud modules (mainly Financials – AP, AR, GL) and their integration with Tax.
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify issues, and design effective solutions within project environments, including implementation and enhancement initiatives, ensuring compliance and system optimization.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and change requests
• Knowledge of tax integrations, including third-party tax engines (e.g., Thomson Reuters, Sovos) is a plus.
• Ability to work with business users to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

We are seeking a professional with strong experience experience in Oracle Tax (Fusion Tax) configuration and support, with solid knowledge of tax rules and Brazilian taxes (ICMPS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS). The role is focused on project delivery, including implementation and enchncement initiatives within Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (AP, AR, GL), working closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions. The professional will be responsible for translating business requirements into system configurations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting end-to-end project activities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, and experience with tax integrations and advanced English are considered a plus.

Required Experience & Skills:
