Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Oracle Apps DBA to join a leading IT services company. You will support EBS, RAC, Data Guard, patching, and schema migrations while optimizing databases across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Key duties include capacity planning, performance monitoring, and DR drills, with hands‑on experience in OCI/AWS and Linux scripting. This role offers learning, international exposure, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualificações

• Oracle Apps DBA with cloud DB management experience (OCI/AWS).
• Hands-on Linux shell scripting experience.
• RMAN backups and hot backup expertise.
• Experience in R12.2 and 19c cloning.
• Knowledge of EM tasks such as DB discovery agent installation.
• Experience in setting up external nodes with reverse proxy.

• Experience on EBS DBA Sysadmin activities.
• Apply Oracle Application patches and DB patches.
• Work on Schema Migration.
• Export and Import (Schema, Tablespace and Table Export), data pump.
• Setup and implementation and troubleshooting of RAC Database.
• Data Guard setup and troubleshooting.
• Performing New Database Build along with EBS application setup.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting DR support activities.
• Participate on yearly DR drill for EBS.

• Troubleshooting Apps DBA activities
• Experience on EBS DBA Sysadmin activities

Mandatory requirements

• Oracle Apps DBA
• Experience of managing DB in Cloud platforms: OCI/AWS
• Experience with cloud native DB management tool
• Hands on experience on Linux shell scripting ]
• Backup and Recovery (RMAN and hot backup)
• Experience in R12.2 and 19c cloning
• knowledge in EM related tasks such as DB discovery agent in-stallation
• Experience in setting up external node along with reverse proxy setup

Important nice-to-have

• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Github
