We are looking for Oracle HCM Technical Developer, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

• Develop, enhance, and support Interfaces, Conversions, BI Publisher reports, WebADIs, Alerts.
• Build PL/SQL packages and custom objects for HR requirements.
• Analyze functional requirements and convert them into detailed technical solutions.
• Fix production defects, troubleshoot interface failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop workflow customizations, AME rule extensions, and notification enhancements.
• Support OAF page extensions, personalization changes, and form-based enhancements.
• Work on data corrections, cleanup activities, purge routines, and reconciliation scripts.
• Coordinate with Functional Consultant & Technical Lead for requirement sign‑off.
• Participate in Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and fix defects promptly.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (MD070, TR forms, Change Records).
• Support migrations, deployments, and post‑production warranty.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and version control procedures.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English
• Strong PL/SQL programming skills – Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, SQL tuning.
• Oracle EBS R12 HR/Payroll technical knowledge (APIs, tables, interface architecture).
• Experience building and supporting Interfaces/Conversions (inbound/outbound).
• Hands‑on experience with XML/BI Publisher, Data Templates, RTF layouts.
• Experience with WebADI development, Oracle Alerts, and custom reports.
• Knowledge of OAF Extensions, personalization framework, and Forms Personalizations.
• Working knowledge of AME, Workflow Builder, and Workflow tables.
• Familiarity with error log analysis, file movement, and directory setups.
• Understanding of Triggers/BEs, custom tables, data cleanup scripts, and purging logic.
• Exposure to DB performance, indexing, explain plans, and tuning basics.
• Good understanding of HR and Payroll standard tables and data structures.
