Jobtailor is seeking a Mechanical/Mechatronics/Plastics/Electromechanical Technician to collect process parameters and manage SPC entries in Real SPC. The role includes replenishing consumables, assisting with corrections, and ensuring lubrication schedules are followed on the shop floor.

You will support Operators during shifts, perform cleaning, weigh and remove machine scrap, and uphold product safety and integrity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required; technical studies are in progress.
• Fields: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Plastics Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or related.
• Preferred: Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Responsabilidades

• Collect process parameters and enter them into the Real SPC system.
• Replenish machine consumables as needed according to product specifications (e.g., resin, pigment).
• Assist the machine preparer with process corrections.
• Follow the daily lubrication schedule.
• Labeling process.
• Perform internal and external machine cleaning.
• Support Operators I and II during shift changes.
• Assist Operators I and II with weighing and removal of machine scrap.
• Ensure product safety and integrity.
