Responsibilities:

  1. This person will partner with their Sales Lead counterpart on the development of sales strategic and tactical plans for the ongoing evolution and scale of the programs, in Global and Regional environments.
  2. Ability to motivate sales teams of approximately 100-200 people to achieve quarterly revenue targets across multiple LATAM markets.
  3. Manage and coach a number of Sales Managers across multiple markets.
  4. Identify and regularly present data-driven actionable insights with clear plans to deliver on them.
  5. Ensure all Account Management teams thoroughly understand any/all sales initiatives being rolled out.
  6. Ensure that the relevant teams execute against agreed timelines.
  7. Bring relevant thought leadership to enhance overall program outcomes.
  8. Be a people developer capable of building and maintaining high-performing sales teams.
  9. Manage delivery outcomes while providing strategic and tactical input.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 10+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
  2. Over 5 years’ experience leading Full Cycle Digital Sales teams in a multinational environment, driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets (manager of managers preferred).
  3. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and proven reporting abilities.
  4. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and office collaboration tools like G-Suite.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Experience leading Digital Marketing Full Cycle sales teams in a multinational environment is a plus.
  8. Strong leadership skills.
  9. Fluent in English.
