We are expanding our global footprint and have a new opportunity for an Operations Manager - Brazil.
The Operations Manager - Brazil will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience while supervising field operations staff involved in the service of installing, servicing and maintaining communications equipment at new and existing customer locations. This position will participate in supporting the Vice President & General Manager – Latin America and the executive leadership team as appropriate and be required to represent the Company with the professionalism and expertise our customers have come to expect.
Since this position is responsible for the management of Brazil Operations and eventually other regions in Latin America, routine periodic travel will be required to manage and oversee personnel, assets, facilities as well as supporting sales and projects activities, meeting with clients, subcontractors and the like. Anticipate normal travel requirements to be 20-30% annually. Based on specific sales and operations activities, some periods could be higher.
