Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a student to support our finance team with day-to-day invoicing tasks and data management. This on-site role offers hands-on experience in accounts payable and process improvement.

You will verify invoices, enter data into the system, settle payments, and help with registrations, cancellations, and data updates, while contributing to team activities and learning in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a technologist degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Verify invoices and ensure accuracy against deadlines.
• Enter and settle invoices in the system with proper controls.
• Perform registrations, cancellations, and data updates in the system.
• Provide support for other team activities.
