Responsibilities

• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
• Update client records.
• Direct those served to the Portal pages according to the services requested.
• Clarify clients' questions about products and services.
• Handle inquiries and register new clients.
• Assist with maintaining the database (client registration).
• Provide support to clients via e-mail, phone, and WhatsApp with information about processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease in working with computerized systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require focus.
• Must have at least 1 year remaining to complete your degree/commitment to intern for the required period.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates strong communication skills and proficiency in client support, with a focus on assisting clients through various channels. Familiarity with database maintenance and a commitment to completing a degree in a relevant field are essential.
