Jobtailor in Rio de Janeiro is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage pre-invoice reviews, ensure monthly submissions, and maintain accurate workflow instructions for partners and reviewers.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to resolve billing and payment issues, perform regular collections, and monitor key metrics to improve cash flow while upholding contract specifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/accounting.
• Prior billing experience required.
• Intermediate English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review pre-invoices in detail and ensure monthly submissions for partners/reviewers.
• Ensure invoices align with partners' instructions and contractual specs.
• Perform regular collections and monitor outstanding invoices to reduce delinquency.
• Update collection control tools and report status and KPIs to management and partners.
• Respond promptly to internal and external client requests with high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-invoices in detail, ensuring monthly submission for partners/reviewers and managing the workflow and instructions before sending to the client.
• Ensure invoices are issued in accordance with partners' instructions and contractual specifications, keeping controls and documentation up to date.
• Help reduce delinquency by performing regular collections and monitoring outstanding invoices.
• Periodically update collection control tools and report the department's status and key indicators to management and partners.
• Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external client requests, ensuring high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to resolve billing and payment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in billing.
• Intermediate English.
